Baked Banana Nana: A Chocolate Marshmallow Banana

So, I came upon a post on Pinterest (while looking for easy exercises to do at home) called Grilled Banana S’mores…or something along those lines…Basically, it said, split a banana in half, stuff it with chocolate chips and marshmallows, wrap it in foil, and stick it on the grill for a few minutes.

Okay buh bye exercising and hello sugar!

Checked the kitchen and we had bananas but no chocolate chips. I couldn't be bothered with firing up the grill either. So we created our own Banana Nana Dessert.

Directions for Banana Nana Dessert:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.

  2. Split a banana along the middle, but not all the way in half.

  3. Fill it with as much Nutella and Peanut Butter spread as possible.

  4. Stuff it with as many mini marshmallows as you can.

  5. Add some mini pistachios or mini pretzels on top.

  6. Roll it on a piece of foil.

  7. Stick it on the oven for 7 to 8 minutes.

Everything will melt, the chocolate will just ooze out, and the nuts will roast a little.

Congratulations, you just made a "healthy" dessert in less than 10 minutes. (I mean fruits are the main ingredient here!)

Sorry, no pictures because we ate it too quickly!
